CGM is a maintenance and repair company that specializes in association repairs for both residential and commercial associations. CGM was started in August 2000 when approached by a management company that could not find dependable maintenance and repair companies to handle their maintenance needs. We still perform maintenance for this property manager and have done work on his personal home.

Why Cedar Grove?

Because CGM specializes in association maintenance they understand that the association is only responsible for certain repairs. Our policy is to only perform work that is sent to us on a work order request. If an owner approaches a team member in the field they are nicely told that they will have to contact their property manager. This maintains the balance for control over the budget and for the property manager to know what work has been requested.

And...we are now licensed general contractors. This means we can handle any project, large or small.

Are We Insured?

CGM carries workers compensation and liability insurance. This protects the association from law suits should a CGM team member be injured on your property. Many associations do not realize that sub-contractors can hold the association liable if they do not carry workers compensation and are injured.
